Returns & Refund Policy

At TIME MACHINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@timemachinecn.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, you must send the item back within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if an item shows signs of wear, use, damage or alteration.

Limited Release Products

As our products are released in limited quantities, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

If your return meets the conditions above, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@timemachinecn.store within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either:

  • A replacement (where available), or
  • A full refund

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed.

Returns Outside the Cooling-Off Period

Returns requested outside the applicable cancellation period are not guaranteed and may only be accepted at TIME MACHINE’s discretion.

Where accepted, a store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
